McKee, Giuliani and Cleveland

	JOHN P. RILEY Born in Bellows Falls, Vermont, John Riley grew up in Burlington and has been an attorney with McKee, Giuliani & Cleveland since 1984. He is a graduate of St. Lawrence University (B.A, cum laude, 1980) and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law (J.D., 1984). John provides representation primarily in the areas of commercial and corporate law, including transactions, real estate, land use, and bankruptcy. He is a member of the Washington County and Vermont Bar Associations, and American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Riley has been a member of the Moretown Development Review Board since 1995, serving as Chair from 2003 to the present.
