	GLORIA K. RICE Gloria Rice has practiced law in Montpelier since she joined McKee, Giuliani & Cleveland as an associate in 1980. A partner in the firm since 1986, she concentrates her practice in the area of residential real estate law and financing. Gloria graduated from Smith College and from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in the State of Vermont and the United States District Court for the District of Vermont, and is a member of the Vermont Bar Association. She is also the attorney member of the Vermont Real Estate Commission.
